“Fitter, more attentive, and more alert – simply good!”

David Symhoven does strength training & Crossfit in his free time and trains several times a week at the gym. In an interview with “Meine Gesundheit,” the 31-year-old explains why he has been regularly taking HCK® micronutrients for 14 years and why he no longer wants to do without their positive effects.

David, what does your training plan look like?

David Symhoven: I do strength training & Crossfit as a hobby and train about four to five times a week. To include endurance sports, I sometimes go on the treadmill or sprint a round.

What positive effects have you noticed since you started with HCK® micronutrients?

David Symhoven: I feel that taking HCK® simply does me good. I feel significantly fitter, more attentive, and more alert – simply good! Furthermore, I sleep excellently. I am absolutely satisfied with it.

Do you primarily take HCK® to improve your athletic performance?

David Symhoven: I just tried it out back then. My father recommended it to me, and I thought: Why not? Since then, I haven’t been sick, so I haven’t had to go to the doctor. Various flu waves no longer affect me. I feel fit and well.

Did you have any complaints before that improved with HCK®?David Symhoven: No, I had no complaints. I’ve always been very active in sports and rarely felt under the weather. However, if I don’t take HCK® for a while, I definitely notice it. Sometimes I forgot to order more and then couldn’t take HCK® for two to three weeks. Then I really felt like something was missing. I definitely feel better when I take it.

How do you eat?
David Symhoven: To improve my athletic performance, I changed my diet about three years ago. I don’t think I ate unhealthily before, but because of sports, I wanted to be even more consistent. Now I mainly eat complex carbohydrates, such as whole wheat pasta, brown rice, and potatoes. I try to avoid wheat flour, and if I eat bread, I choose whole wheat bread, rye bread, or other healthy alternatives. If I eat meat, I prefer lean meat, like turkey or fish. I always have vegetables with it, for example, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots. I also eat a lot of low-fat quark – preferably as a shake. For example, raspberries, apples, bananas, berries, good oil, chia seeds, and cinnamon go into the blender. That’s quite tasty and healthy too! I only take protein powder after training, mainly for regeneration, so that my muscles are sufficiently supplied with protein.
